Production packers

1st Shift (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
2nd Shift (Monday through Friday 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.)

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Packing finished bags of pretzel products into boxes and bulk products into totes visually checking for:
    • Price codes (if applicable)
    • Appearance, quality of product (color & type)
    • Properly sealed packaging
    • Proper box labeling
  • Assemble boxes for packing
  • Sweep and clean packing area, picking up waste
  • Assist co-workers and other departments as needed
  • Assist in cleaning baking equipment and baking area as needed
  • Compliance with all food safety requirements and sanitation and quality programs
  • Overtime as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Warehouse Attendant

2nd Shift – Monday through Friday
3:30 PM to 12:00 AM plus overtime as required

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for skid loading and unloading of trucks and verifying quantities
  • Finished product put-away.
  • Pulling skids from the end of line, counting, tagging, banding or shrink wrapping
  • Supply production areas with necessary supplies.
  • Daily use of inventory management systems.
  • Use of internal computer system for entering information and accessing product location information.
  • Maintain shipping records and complete inventory.
  • Fast-paced work environment.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • Excellent math, reading and computer skills.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • One-year prior warehouse and forklift experience.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Maintenance Machinist

1st Shift Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM plus overtime as required

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate various types of CNC machinery, such as mills, lathes and grinders and conventional machines.
  • Machine complex parts to specified tolerances, ensuring quality of finished parts.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation and longevity of CNC and conventional machinery.
  • Participate in the design, installation and implementation of manufacturing machinery and special projects.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards for safety and quality.
  • Assuring compliance with safety, quality, plant policies and sanitation programs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to edit and program CNC controls.
  • Competent in algebra and trigonometry.

 

Qualifications

  •  CNC machinist certificate or associate’s degree in Machine Technology.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • 1-2 Years machining experience with CNC and/or conventional machines.
